Would recommend for a little getaway

Charming ambiance, helpful staff, the location is very convenient for sightseeing with various attractions just 3 km away, making it easy to explore the area.

It was all superb.

The breakfast on the terrace is a MUST! Fresh fruit, pastries, and amazing coffee. Spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. Just a bit noisy if guests are loud at night. 😊

The lamb tagine was abosolutely tough, I expected a melt-in-your-mouth experience but alas, what a letdown. who needs to be reminded that not everyone wants to stay in a room with no outside window? extra fees for a proper room just screamed "welcome to our hotel! " I almost considered a positive review but just couldn't, honestly.

The surrounding area had persistent locals who made us feel uneasy during our stay. the pool lacked child-safe guidelines, as my young daughter fell in unexpectedly. The room, while aesthetically pleasing, needed maintenance, particularly in the bathroom which showed signs of wear.

The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring we felt welcome while enjoying delicious breakfasts on the rooftop terrace amidst breathtaking views.

Occasionally, the bustling streets surrounding the hotel led to some feelings of unease due to persistent vendors.

Perfect chill spot in Marrakesh

Staying here was a dream! The staff was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast every morning was different and really good. We even tried the Hammam, which was an awesome experience! Just a heads up, it’s about a 15-min walk to the buzzing center, but that made it nice and quiet at night.

had a fantastic stay at riad sapphire & spa! the location was perfect, close to everything in the magical medina. the staff, especially abdo, were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. i loved having access to the indoor pool and the private hammam, which added a truly relaxing touch to our visit.

Definitely recommend this place for a chill retreat!

On the downside, we had an issue finding the Riad from the pick-up point as no one was there to assist us, which made our arrival a bit stressful.

Make sure to arrange an airport transfer through the hotel to avoid getting lost in the maze of streets.

The location, while vibrant, had some overly persistent locals attempting to sell services, which at times made us feel uneasy as a family. The internet connection was inconsistent—sometimes slow, which affected our ability to stay connected. The room was beautifully decorated but could use some maintenance. the bathroom showed signs of wear. Despite these issues, I would return due to the warm hospitality and enjoyable stay overall.
